As voted on at the January 2007 Business Meeting by the membership, all meetings except for the Annual Business Meeting will start at 7:30 PM.

Business and Social Meetings are on the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month though they may be rescheduled if they fall on a holiday.

Directors Meetings are held on the 4th Monday of each month though individual meetings may be rescheduled as the need arises.

When the club grounds are closed, all meetings will be held at the VFW Post in New Berlin . The VFW Post is located at 17980 W Beloit Road in New Berlin, WI
